hours or on weekends please fill out and submit the following service request
form. You may also want to check out some known problems
and common problems & solution.

Service Request Form

| When you submit your service request report, it will be entered
into our database for tracking purposes. Periodically we will post notices
regarding instrument issues reported by facility users in the
Known Problems section of this page.
Please be as specific as possible when describing the problem.

Common Problems & Solutions
|
| The following is a list of some common problems and
corresponding solution for our instruments (Q = Question; A = Answer)
 | Q: During sample acquisition on FACSCalibur using CellQuest Pro,
all events disappear suddenly to the extent that even debris were not
detected. |
 | A: This is a computer-to-cytometer communication error.
Simply, restart the computer until connection restores. If problem
persists, please contact the flow cytometry group. |
